“Great company! Fireplace Freddie came out after I called them about a problem I was having with the fireplace in a new house I bought. I had smoke backing up into the living room when I lit fires. The house is pretty close to the hills and I also has roof rats nesting in the chimney.
“The guy from the company came out and installed a chimney cap to keep out rats, birds, rain, etc. and it worked like a charm. No more roof rats in the chimney. He also took care of the smoking problem the chimney had and did everything in one visit.

“This letter is to recognize Fireplace Freddie for their excellent repair of our fireplace and chimney. Our neighborhood had contracted with Fireplace Freddie to provide inspection and cleaning for several homeowners in the area. We were pleased during the inspection to find that they were honest in their assessment and informed us that the chimney did not need cleaning. However, we inquired about converting our gas fireplace to wood burning and a smoke test revealed a leak, which allowed smoke to enter the attic. The employees assessed the problem and repaired the chimney that day.
